Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues with web systems.
- Assist clients in understanding and using our software solutions effectively.
- Document and escalate technical issues to the development team when necessary.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client queries.
- Gather client feedback to inform product improvements and feature requests.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of client support processes.
- Learn and grow into Agile practices, preparing for potential roles such as Scrum Master or Product Owner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong client service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A good understanding of web systems and web-based technologies.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new software and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with technical teams.
- Experience in client support or customer service, especially in a technology-focused role, is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an advantage but not required.
