Job Prospectus – Frontline Quality Assurance (QA)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify and document bugs, issues, and inconsistencies.
- Collaborate closely with developers to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Collaborate with clients and end users to help identify issues within the different applications.
- Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform manual and automated testing across various platforms and devices.
- Track and report on the status of defects, providing clear and concise feedback to the development team.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and standards.
- Assist in the creation of user documentation and training materials.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance and software testing.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in software quality assurance and testing.

Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Familiarity with SQL

Familiarity with both manual and automated testing techniques.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
