Given the challenges of 2020 and the need to continue to develop and enhance products and services to meet with the new post-COVID reality, eBS is committed to the following initiatives:-

Customer focus – management will be organising a series of one-to-one meetings with clients to discuss their on-going use of the eBS platforms and understand better their requirements for the future. This will provide valid input into the product development activity and ensure that clients get upgrades that are relevant to their priorities.

Product development –  continued general investment in product development particularly in cybersecurity and device portability enhancements. Specific initiatives related to:-

eB-ISP, the business management platform will see additional functionality related to the client customisation of KPI dashboards and the customisation of functional modules to cater for specific client requirements such as: monitoring & control of physical and intangible assets, customisation of staff appraisal and performance evaluation solutions.

eB-Learn, the elearning platform, will be getting a major upgrade to the Evaluations module to provide wider scope for online management of examinations and remote examinations environments, greater flexibility in automated test evaluation and correction, as well as inclusion of upgraded file upload functionality.

eB-IMS, the investments management platform. The major upgrades planned for this platform in 2021 are related to the core operational systems which will be re-structured for increased protection and security. The core processing rationale will also be upgraded to facilitate archiving and accessing of system records. Additional resources will be made available to assist clients in the critically important challenge of maintaining their systems security, and this will include customised online and onsite training and development activities for clients.
