Live Dashboard

EBIMS has built in custom dashboard based on live data collected by the system. Users can be assigned different dashboard views depending on their role in the organisation ensuring users of the system are given the correct data set while using the system.

Pending Audits

The pending Audits section of the dashboard gives all users the same data. It focuses on giving all users a clear snapshot of what items are pending. This is important because any critical input needs to be audited, this ensures that the data has been validated before being used by the system.
This means till any task has been inputted and audited it is not taken into consideration. By providing all users a view of what is pending all users can manage and monitor pending items.

Portfolio Currency Exposure

The portfolio currency exposure is visible to all users. The dashboard shows total investments by Currencies (currently the system base currencies are Euro, GBP and USD).
The dashboard provides a snapshot of the total currency and also the equivalent value in Euro.
The reason everything equates to down to Euros is that the core currency (the systems currency) is Euro.
A total investment is given.

Top 10 Portfolios

The top 10 portfolios is visible to all users. The dashboard shows at the time the dashboard is loaded a list of the top 10 portfolios. In this case we denote TOP as in monetary terms. Each row displays the portfolio ID, Currency of the portfolio, Risk category and value in Euro.
Finally a total of these top 10 portfolios is show again in Euro. This value should be used in tandem with the total investments.

Asset Allocation

The Asset Allocation is visible to all users. The dashboard shows a snapshot of the asset allocation. This dashboard is dynamic, data can be altered on the fly by either clicking on the “show all” or ”show none” button at the top right hand on the dashboard.
Individual asset allocation can be turned on or off allowing a user to breakdown the data as needed.
This report can be exported by clicking on the top right most button and selecting the export format.

Top 10 Securities

The “Top 10 Securities” is visible to all users. This snapshot allows users to view in the current top 10 securities in terms of monetary value. A user is shown the Security name, Currency of the security and the value in Euro.
This dashboard allows users to keep an eye on the top 10 securities at any given time, without having to extract a report.
